Nota Simple, Cédula de Habitabilidad, Plusvalía, IRNR for non-residents — all in a foreign language, often alone. Missing one document can cost €2,000–€8,000 and months of delays.

Before real estate, I spent 10+ years in finance across small, medium, and large companies — as a Certified Public Accountant with a Master's in Digital Business. I know how to read a balance sheet, model an investment, and explain a tax structure in plain language.
I also founded and ran two hostels in South America — one of which I built into the top-rated property in its market from scratch. That taught me something most agents never learn: how to build trust and reputation with international clients, starting from zero.
I got my API licence because I kept watching international buyers navigate a confusing system with agents who had no financial training and no interest in long-term relationships. I can fix that.
